Shipping/Insurance/Loss/Damage and Returns Polices

Shipping

Master Rotary aim is to process all orders within 1-2 bussiness days. Shipments are made via USPS and UPS for domestic and international shipments. We also offer free local pickup. The estimate delivery time is 3 to 7 bussiness days. 
 
Insurance

Insurance is available and is at the the buyer spence. Without insurance, the customer take full responsibility in case of damage or lost of the shipment during the route.
 
Loss/Damage
 
Any shipping claim (damage or lost) must be reported within the first 30 days after the shipment date via phone or email. Any customer claim will be processed under the shipping company's policies. After 30 days, no insurance claims can be made for any loss or damage to any engine parts shipped.

Returns 

All returns must be made within 30 days, and must be received in new condition, with manufacturing packaging unopened.  No returns or exchanges on used parts and electronics. Only exchanges are allowed on tools, no refunds.  Please call for a a return RMA number.  A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.  Any CODs returned due to non-payment must have all shipping charges paid in full before the next shipment will be sent.  If the product has a manufacture defect we will replace it or give you credit on your account.  

There will be no returns on special order parts or engines.


The customer must report any damage as soon as they receive and inspect the merchandise, since it is the buyer's responsibility.
