  • All returns must be made within 30 days, and must be received in new condition, with manufacturing packaging unopened.  No returns or exchanges on used parts and electronics. Only exchanges are allowed on tools, no refunds.  Please call for a a return RMA number.  A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.  Any CODs returned due to non-payment must have all shipping charges paid in full before the next shipment will be sent.  If the product has a Manufacture defect we will replace it or give you credit on your account.  There will be no returns on special order parts or engines.
